Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Your Impact:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules and plans as needed.
- Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all financial aspects of the project align with company goals.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Promote a culture of safety on job sites.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
