This Take 5 Oil Change location started with a completely empty site — just open land — and was built from the ground up into a finished, functioning commercial facility. From early site development and concrete work to the final exterior masonry, stone accents, and branding, the transformation was night and day.

The finished building isn’t just designed to look sharp — it’s built for speed, flow, and everyday reliability. The drive-through layout, site circulation, and finishing details were all planned to support efficient operations while keeping the property clean, safe, and easy to navigate.
